1. Reservation & Payment
All reservations must be confirmed with full or partial payment as stated at the time of booking.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Standard Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: By 12:00 Noon
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
3. Complimentary Breakfast
Complimentary breakfast is provided where indicated in the room package. It is served during designated breakfast hours and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in may qualify for a refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are generally non-refundable.
- No-show reservations are non-refundable.
5. Date Modifications
Booking date changes are subject to room availability and rate differences.
6. Early Departure
Early check-out after stay has commenced does not qualify for a refund unless approved by management under exceptional circumstances.
7. No Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted within the apartment premises for hygiene and safety reasons.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct and respect property rules. Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate stay for violations without refund.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
